2016v. Fresh yellow apple, good acid, slightly salty finish, and a little body and weight in the mouth. Similar to an old world chard with slightly riper fruit profile A great wine for cacio e pepe, appetizers, and light entrees. 13.5% ABV.

Drank like an unoaked Chardonnay. Was really delicious. Smooth with very little acidity.

Pale straw in colour, autumnal leaf/grass notes.
Phenolic/bitterness balances a dry palate and white stone fruit pip. Glycerol/Flabby texture from ripe/alcoholic fruit.
Medium bodied, ripe and dry style for day drinking. Delicious with Spicy Ahi Poke bowl.
