A bit frizzy, dark salmon hue, raspberry jam, strawberry, cream fraiche, cranberry, lemony, medium plus acidity, medium to medium plus minerality, medium plus body, a bit tannic, ripe fruit. Not bad. Will goes well with food.

Very light, refreshing and perfect for a Summer dinner. It's a tad sweet, but not too sweet. Very bright and crisp!
