80% Viognier, 20% Fiano. Clean and crisp, slight floral, lemon, stainless, and terrior 13% ABV. Nice fruit quality and good wine making skills. Wondering if subtleness of aromatics is from young age of vines or soil type. Can envision honey notes under right conditions. Good fish taco wine. One of the best Baja wines I have had, which unfortunately isn’t a lot. More please.
