80/20 blend of Viognier and Fiano. Yellow or straw in color, excellent clarity. White floral and lemon notes in nose with a hint of orchard fruit. Light crispness, rounded mouthfeel, nice but subdued floral and fruit flavors with more structure than, well, “fruit forwardness”. There’s a hint of honey flavor in there that builds over time; credit the Fiano varietal. Well made but not going to impress the Cali “fruit bomb” crowd. A clean fresh tasting white table wine, white flowers and honey in a refined presentation.

Jan 17th, 2019Best Mexican wine ive had so far. Nice complexity. Light yellow, good clarity. Pear skin and green apple with light herbal and floral notes on the nose. Drinks relatively tannic but nicely balanced with acidity. Medium bodied. Paired well with Tex max (chicken acapulco), may be kinda boring on its own
