Pinot noir is a classy wine. Although, as wise people write and say, it is also a capricious wine. Nevertheless, this Chilean pinot noir is certainly classy. You don't need to pray to him. Five years old and very fruity. In fact, apart from vanilla, it is the same fruit (cherry, raspberry - although here may be a trick because I ate raspberries today - plum). There is something sharp in the nose, I don't know what, maybe nothing, maybe only alcohol "caresses" the nostrils.

I remember this being very good when trying in Chile. At first I couldn’t tell if there was this slight vinegar element on the finish, but then I realized it was just very green, eucalyptus. It took over. There is good acidity and red fruit. I’d say drink now if you have any left. Maybe 1-2 years on slight decline.
