Vines on the label are pretty. Smells a bit like vanilla and caramels with some ripe black and red fruits. Flavor is pretty jammy and ripe. Lacks acid to cut through things. It’s more like a CA or Chile red blend than the zingy, bright stuff I prefer from the Iberian peninsula.

Great with roasted red peppers. Very herbaceous. Grew on me. Serious tannins.
