Last had a bottle a few years ago which I poured blind for a wine tasting class. That was spot on varietal. This bottle is more tired.
Pale amber. Hints of green fruits, some toasted fenugreek seed, sesame oil and more savory tones than fruit (note 11 year old SB from Italy, 😘). Good w asparagus risotto, but feeling its age. Good to have opened now.

Dry. Wow! Pucker up this sucker's dry!! Minerals, white slate and grey granular stones. Lemon zest peaking through the backside. Not really sure what to make of this. I like it.
