This red blend is made from hand-selected Tinta-Roriz (20%), Touriga Nacional (40%), Alfrocheiro (20%) and Jaen (20%) grapes. The wine is aged in French oak casks for 8 months, and another 4 months in the bottle. Enjoy with yellow cheeses, grilled or barbecued meats.

May 2nd, 2020Kind of meh with an unpleasant bitter aftertaste. Was hoping it would open up, but it didn’t. Don’t quite understand why it’s getting such high ratings. Not much aroma either.

V12. Nice strawberry and cedar bouquet. Could stop here. Very wild and unbalanced wine . Was hoping it would settle down and open up, but no. Bright, young cherry fruit. Bitter finish.
