Still on the sweet side.

A solid Prosecco. Had it to celebrate a friends PhD defense. Very dry, would love to have again

Light bubbles refreshing aftertaste

Excellent Prosecco with karen, giddy

Nose has some pear and old lemon rind. Touch of nuttiness perhaps.

Palate opens with somewhat sweet pomme fruit and sugar cane but not too descript. Moderate acidity and some metallic minerality finish things off.

A simple, off-dry prosecco for my taste. Would make nice mimosas.

Balanced yeast and sparkling grasses.

Very nice

Fancier than lamarca but less sweet
