Poured into a decanter about 30min prior to service. At first, a little shy on the nose but it opened up as it came to temp and was allowed to breathe. The 2021 “Chambrees” is a blend of the La Chene, Le Masures, and La Bergerie lieu-dits. It pours a pale, slightly dull straw color with a medium+ viscosity. On the nose, the wine is developing with laser cut notes of lemons over limes, starfruit, passion fruit, flint, marzipan and limestone minerals. On the palate, the wine is dry with high acidity. Confirming the notes from the nose. The finish is arguably the most remarkable characteristic because it lasts, basically forever. What a beautiful wine. Drink now through 2036+

@Delectable Wine This wine does not have an Pinot Noir in the assemblage.
