100% Sauvignon Blanc from Viña Carmen, Chile’s first winery founded more than 170 years ago. This Reserva bottling is inspired by the iconic strength and character of Frida Kahlo, bringing a refreshing yet evolving style that blends joy, freshness, and quiet power.

Aromas & Flavors
Lively citrus, lime zest, and grapefruit upfront, layered with hints of passionfruit, gooseberry, and fresh herbs. As it opens, subtle tropical undertones of pineapple and guava appear, with a clean mineral streak running through.

Mouthfeel
Crisp and refreshing, medium-bodied with vibrant acidity. The texture balances brightness with a touch of roundness on the back palate, giving it more weight than a simple quaffer.

Winemaking Notes
Crafted in stainless steel to preserve varietal purity, with a Reserva designation ensuring slightly longer maturation and concentration of fruit compared to entry-level bottlings.

Overly peppery, no fruit, very thin.

An excellent jammy and fruit forward new world Cab Sav. Crisp on the nose & a clean finish. A departure from some of the earthier qualities of other Chilean reds, and well worth opening a second bottle!

Raspberry syrup and coffee, a lot of coffee.

No bite. Smooth. More fruity jammy than I normally go for.
