Colchagua Valley, Rapel Valley, Central Valley, Chile
Carménère, Syrah, Petit Verdot, Cabernet Sauvignon
Top Notes For
Really complex wine. Had with Chicago style pepperoni pizza. Good on its own. Better with the food. I smell something different with each sip. Nose has eucalyptus, gingerbread, strawberry. Hubby said there was a pungent green leaf,on the nose, which was so overwhelming he didn’t love it. Super dry, full bodied. Blackberry, vanilla, tobacco, and strawberry. Really enjoyed every bit of this bottle.
