Unpacked, but creamy from the malo and cold fermentation.

This stainless-steel-fermented wine offers a curiously herbal aroma of lemon verbena, with a bit of wet slate and fresh-cut honeydew. As expected, the flavors are steely at first, with fruit flavors of ripe pear and lemon emerging in the midpalate, winding up on a distinctly tart apple-skin finish. Delicious!

I love unoaked Chardonnays since I discovered them in Austria, which are called morillons. This is floral, light with a subtle acidity. Pair this with a lighter havarti.

Unoaked Chardonnay from Monterey. Subtle notes of apple and lemon. Not my favorite wine but a pretty good choice to pair with fish.

Like that it is fuller but not oaky.

Dusty, peachy bouquet. Creamy, stone fruit taste. Very slight skin bitterness and mineral finish. Really nice, will be a great patio pounder!
