Interesting varietal, done in a very delicate way. Melon and cantaloupe flavors subtly mix on the initial pallet. The soft, thin body is deceiving because the tannic structure evolves noticeably after the swallow. Not my favorite wine (I favor the bold), but certainly interesting (more complex than the average pinot gris).

Nice #wine, super neutral, not overly giving, definitely a good pounder for oysters.
