Have had the pleasure of drinking a few Carlisle Zins the past few years. All have been delicious. Wonderfully made. This 15-year-old is still in near perfect harmony with the tannins and fruits. The continued high-quality from this winery is impressive.

Chewy, cloudy, ripe and smooth as a baby’s butt! zoom tasting with Mike Officer. Asian spice and dark berry notes...tannin and alcohol totally integrated. Worked well with teriyaki salmon and pickled cucumbers. Apart from crumbly dry corks... I love my Carlisles with 12-15 years of age. Thanks Mike... for your passion and life spent chasing the dream of old vine fruit!
