Old fashion ruby of medium density, medium brilliance, and very slight cherry color rim. Very pronounced and complex bouquet of herbal, flowery and earthy aromas. Very good performance on the palate, nice entry, very good development with tasty acidity and carbonic or volcanic notes. Good sophistication and balance. Nice and dry. A great cheese wine. Great value. 88 pts.
