Cardedu Astili, blend of Cannonau, Bovale Muristeddu, Monica and Pascale. An organic, natural wine which comes through in the funky, damp leaves, and barnyard aromas. All the "fractal" tannins, some acid from tart blackberry flavors. Dig in Tannins class: high tannin.
