Very light, a wee bit spicy on the tongue. Tannin-y. I like! — 6 years ago
This wine is deep gold with notable haze and visible lees, due to lack of fining / filtration, which gives this wine great texture and weight.
The extended skin contact contributes not only the color and texture, but the aromatic notes of ripe cantaloupe, honeydew, orange peel, grapefruit pith, also dried orange blossom, freshly cut herbs, wet slate, tomato leaf, and salinity.
Vintage 2019. ABV 13%.

Skin contact Sardinian white. Didn’t unfurl as hoped but wasn’t completely closed down either. Suspect air & time will greatly help. Plenty of savory notes, marigolds, fennel, and Asian pear. Dry style. — 3 years ago
