Probably one of the most exciting drinks I've ever had. Cappellano Barolo 2015, when we talk about Barolo we cannot fail to mention this historic winery in Serralunga.
A wine that has it all: power, elegance, acidity, harmony and freshness. Bright garnet color, with very slight orange nails, rich and intense nose. Cherry, strawberry, clove, violet, rose, pronounced balsamic sensations, already from youth, gentian chocolate, sage and thyme. A kaleidoscope bouquet, constantly changing. In the mouth fresh despite the hot vintage, Barolo that despite its perfectly balanced tannins you can drink without anything, so much is its harmony.
