Better than could have expected Monday night kind of wine with that now familiar (to me) tamarind taste in Baja red wine. A bit fruity, a bit sweet, a bit spicy, chewy and bold with soft tannings. Many say the tamarind comes from the salinity of the soil, I say it’s familiarity. Cheers.
