Pruney, dried and parched finish like a mouthful of sand when you're thirsty. Black cherry, bitterness and lumber on the nose and palate. Harsh finish. Total shit. Wouldn't cook with it. Waiting to try a Priorat that's appealing to my tastes. May be waiting a long time
