Benaco Bresciano IGT 2009, 14%. I'm not familiar with Rebo grapes, however I'm quite sure that this bottle was ruined, at least partially, and only the alcohol saved it from being totally spoilt.

From vineyards on the south east corner of Lake Garda. The rebo grape is a hybrid based on merlot and natives; thus the IGT. Cherry predominates, along with overtones of vanilla. Great with pasta!
