Actually, a fine companion to barolo and barbaresco.

Tobacco on the nose with a bit of vanilla. Medium bodied, dry, nice tannins. Strawberries, cherries, cocoa on palate.

This was surprisingly excellent with turkey. Somehow felt like a fancy Pinot noir combined with Nebbiolo. Which of course makes no sense.

Just an ok Nebbiolo. Lacks complexity. Some dark fruits and finishes quite dry. Made a nice addition to an amitriciana sauce though.
