Tried a few years ago, tasted a new batch. Established in 2008, Collis-Riondo is one of the largest wine producers in Veneto and in Italy. Riondo, named after Mount Riondo near to the winery. Pale lemon color with light bubbles and mousse, with aromas of stone and citrus fruits with floral notes. On the palate flavors of ripe apple, peach and citrus with lively acidity, medium finish, not overly sweet, ending crisp.

Smooth with a fine but not extreme stream of bubbles, some light apple flavors along with a mineraly finish

Crisp, not too dry yet not too sweet. Flavor but not a ton of body.

Established in 2008, Collis-Riondo is one of the largest wine producers in Veneto and in Italy. Riondo, named after Mount Riondo near to the winery. Clear straw yellow color with light bubbles. Tart fruity nose with floral notes. The palate shows lively acidity and citrus flavors. The wine does not appear to be overly sweet. Crisp finish.

Creamier than others but with a bright malic bite. Great with rich foods. Very good value.

Basic prosseco. Chalky, white peach, slight spritz and med acid. Easy drinking, not very complex. Surprisingly, it was just off-dry (barely) at 10.5% abv. Screw cap was an interesting choice.
