My first dolcetto grape tasting .. piedmont .. Lite summer wine but overall not much to it , no finish, but easy and young , could pair with anything ; cherry red fruit .. not getting much herbal flavor or earth

Well balanced with notes of blackberry and red currant with just a hint of smoke. Really rich, jammy finish without being sweet. Wonderful pairing with Italian food.
