Salty, wooly, and textural. Pretty large frame. A little upside down for my palate, but I’m imagining this doing really really well with grilled fish instead of just Pringles, you know?

2013 - Albanello is an indigenous grape from Siracusa, and this is the only winery to produce an Albanello 100%. Gold at color, low acidity, salty, good persistence, it has the same structure of a very good red wine. Very interesting.
