Pale lemon with simple aromas of citrus fruit and floral notes, light bubbles and mousse. On the palate flavors of peach and citrus with biscuit notes, medium finish ending with a citrus character. Simple, ok for mimosa’s.

Light green olive, lillies, peach blossom , lovely texture, dried lemon, stony, steely, chalky tangerine. Grapefruit and aspirin, but only enough to cure any headache life throws at you. Festive bottle holding fireflies that shoot lightning right into your face. Great bubbles from a solid producer!

This is a nice Italian sparkling wine, in a gorgeous looking bottle.

Pale lemon in color.

On the nose, bread, cream, lemons and citrus.

Dry on the palate and fizzy with lemons, grapefruits and yeast.

Nice and crisp and very refreshing.
Produced in the method charmat, where the second fermentation process is done in large stainless steel drums, as opposed to the second fermentation taking place in the bottle.

11.5% alcohol by volume.
