Superb wine with rich berries, a wonderful nose and very low tannins. Very ready to drink immediately with no more aging and no decanting needed. This pairs nicely with pasta, pork, grilled red meats and hard cheeses. Some crusty bread and good dipping oil on the side. Yum!!
