Cranberry, strawberry, plum. Light and fruit forward. Great with a chill. “Chillable reds” are a heavily trending category in New York wine retail right now, for those in the industry.

Sorta like saignée but with firm tannins. Very interesting variety. Looks light, but it's actually a lot weightier. Great food wine

Lovely with a light chill. Bright, pure red fruits, particularly cherry. Dissolved CO2 lifts the palate. Joyous, food friendly, fun wine.

Pale garnet in color; cherries, strawberries, and dried leaves on the nose; high acidity; medium minus tannins; tastes like pomegranates, dried flowers, and crushed gravel with a long finish. Nellie doesn't Iike it, but really like this wine. It reminds me of Pinot Noir. Light fruity and earthy.
