I paired this with a spinach, artichoke, and lemon pasta, and it was a perfect pairing. On the nose: lemon oil, sea salt, soft honey. On the palate: excellent acidity and density, with lemon, lemon oil, and parsley. Yeah, you could drink this with salt and vinegar chips (crisps), but it goes perfectly with an acid and vegetable driven pasta.
