We had this one at a seaside place tucked beneath a cliff in Positano. So rich and opulent, it knocked our socks off against the gnocchi and risotto we each were enjoying. Poached plum and flint maybe? Not as chewy or sweet as an Amarone or late harvest, but fun and affordable.

Definitely let this one open up for a while before you drink it!! Deep dark fruit tastes, smooth, and slightly dry finish. Yum
