May 27th, 2018Intense aroma of honey, yellow flower, minerality and fully ripen apricot, yellow apple on the nose. lovely aroma. med plus body, med plus acidity, creamy and silky texture coat the mouth, after swallow yellow apple skin, mineral bitterness flavor follows. Quite long finish with lovely apricot and fine herb flavors. Drunk with roasted asparagus with olive oil, salumi plate. Man, this is delicious. Complex and savory. carciofi or tough bitter dish can be interesting to pair with this.
