NV. Had to lay down on its side in the fridge and a huge amount of solids gathered on the side of the bottle. Poured the first glasses without disturbing the solids, but the second glasses could pass for an opaque heavily fruited raspberry sour ale. (Which I love!) Minimal bubbles. Funky finish that hints of Sicily!

Slight aromas of a wild fermented sour fruit beer, light and refreshing with the same natural, earthy notes on the palate and tart red fruits. Recommended for brunch 🥰
