It's an alive and living Greco di Tufo, produced with metodo ancestrale. The smell is amazing, fruity, marmalade and ginger. In the mouth is extremely fresh and rich, peach tea, sweet and sour and gently effervescent. A niche and rare wine! So happy to have tasted it

probably my favorite of the night, just for the curiosity factor. Slightly sparkling Greco, skin contact, metodo ancestrale. Pretty and unexpected.
