Cape Roth is over while we were in BALENA for our yummy dinner that Mario made which is chicken cutlets with mushrooms and Caprese salad!

Great orange wine! Grassy nose, lemon/lime tart fruit, with a really interesting savory finish. Fun stuff.

Give this a couple of hours to open up! Notes of white peach, sage, jasmine tea, white flowers. Tannins are there! A delicate beauty.
