At open, a dry wheat field billowing and brambling in a hot salt breeze; with time, the sensation does almost bronze, tannins accumulate like a figure model holding a pose. All 3 greco forward CG cuvees—especially w/ the skin contact have that glinty, golden color, yes, but also textural sensation that transmutes the fruit into this noble metal territory. Less floral and juicy than the fianos, but so beautiful! CG has a distinct style, and this adam is another profound cuvee.
