We had this in Capri at a wonderful little neighborhood restaurant with kids playing and our hosts treated us like royalty. It was a quintessential moment that is impossible to duplicate. So in the moment this wine would have rated a 10, but soberly compared to others we had there in Italy it was above average ;-) Typical of the region it was earthy and tasted of some strange mix of mushrooms, rose petals, and cigars.
