Med body, med p acid, med p intensity, moderate tannin, bitterness and fruit juiciness comes together(complex layer of the flavor), dry bitter finish that reminds me good fiorentina steak with olive oil rpasted potato with rosemary, structured nebbiolo which is very interesting to see the difference vs 2014. Savory food wine.
