Is there an ARPEPE that isn’t good?

I love 2017 in Valtelinna. It’s like how Barolo was 30-50 years ago. A throwback vintage. Gorgeous and nimble nose of red fruits, tobacco leaf, gorgeous rose florals and stunning elegance. What an elegant nose. So pure. so lithe. so ethereal and pretty. Mid to early season cherries are the main fruit aromas here. So stunning. Palate is so juicy, lithe and elegant. My goodness this is such a pretty wine. Cleansing minerality and such freshness. Lithe and nimble tannins and such stunning purity. They masterfully handled this vintage. I’ll be back as it airs as this wine has 9 lives it changes so much. Long finish, nimble tannins and stunning fruit clarity. As this airs it gets even more fresh. The freshness here is just remarkable.

Beautiful lightness in color and structure. Juicy with warm strawberry, cherry and lingonberry flavors. The nose bergamot, pomeraner, sandalwood and a little bit of nail polish. Absolutely stellar!

Lätt och syrligt men med lite skön sötma. Sol och chark.

Tyckt nebbiolotrenden känts lite upphaussad och ointressant senaste åren. Men dessa lätta friska och burgundiskt förföriska alp-nebbiolos är så sjukt goda. Vilda mörka bär, tranbär, rosblad, kanel, löv, salvia. Mineralisk och totalfräschör!
