Alticelli Fiano
citrus and honeysuckle nose, bitter and heavy on the end
citrus and honeysuckle nose, bitter and heavy on the end
Jul 2nd, 2019A clear Fiano. Flowerish note prevails over fruit and herbal hints. Not a powerful parfume and not a powerful taste but freshness and a bit of minerality let it be easily drinkable and pleasant. Paired with apulian "cozzoli" and mullet with apulian olives and cherry tomatoes, this wine loses something but leaves spaces to mediterranean tastes and, with mullet like this, it could be a good thing. A bit less than a 3* but an overall clean pruduct.
