Pretty, medium ruby color. Red floral and pepper notes punctuate aromas of fresh red berries. Bright and lively on the palate, with cherry, raspberry, rhubarb, and roses, with notes of wet granite and herbs. Tannins are very mild, and the texture is light but finishes well. Drinks like a Beaujolais. Very good value and great served slightly chilled with spicy food.
