Campo Viejo
Rioja Viura
We had this last night eating out. I don't think it was the Reserva. Would have preferred a pinot noir to go with our gourmet poutine (as the pairing was really sublime last time) but they were all out for the night. This is not a wine I would enjoy on its own but it did fine with the food, with a strong oaky finish. Also paid well over what the bottle costs for two measly half-glasses so that doesn't help... (8$ for what they call a glass, 14$ for the bottle at the nearest SAQ)
