Pretty sweet first taste with nothing much afterwards. Not bad, not great, fine with aloo gobi but we could have found a better pairing. ~10$. — 7 years ago
This was really good with a wild mushroom risotto. I feel this is an agile, light wine, not too heavy to overpower anything. Just a tad of smoke. Liked it a lot. — 8 years ago

First time trying Borsao rosé, pleasantly surprised. Balanced is the keyword imho, not at all too sweet nor too acidic, fairly crisp and light. Pleasant drink on the balcony after summer showers. — 7 years ago
Delicious on its own. Somewhat oaky/peaty but smoooooth — 8 years ago
Had this again tonight with a somewhat fancy homemade poutine and it was a great pairing! Made the caramelized onions pop and the fatty sauce nicely smoothed out the wine's acidity. Bit of an oaky, smoky note coming through. ~10$ CAD — 8 years ago
Buttery finish. One of the best whites I’ve tasted so far — 7 years ago
Expected to dislike it, actually almost didn't buy it as I didn't think I could possibly like a bubbly rosé. Wrong. Partially pinot noir, which explains my affinity. Liked it a lot. Paired with delivery pizza (st-viateur in mtl) on the occasion of moving in our new place. — 8 years ago
We had this last night eating out. I don't think it was the Reserva. Would have preferred a pinot noir to go with our gourmet poutine (as the pairing was really sublime last time) but they were all out for the night. This is not a wine I would enjoy on its own but it did fine with the food, with a strong oaky finish. Also paid well over what the bottle costs for two measly half-glasses so that doesn't help... (8$ for what they call a glass, 14$ for the bottle at the nearest SAQ) — 8 years ago
