It’s medium bodied with a rich mouthfeel and bitter, piney tannin that doesn’t feel much aligned with the rest of the wine. There’s flavors of currant, blackberries, plums and tea. It finishes with plums and the feeling that something is missing. Would like more character for $20.

Great wine! Blackberries, black pepper, earthy, leathery and rich. Undertone of oak flavour. Fruity but not sweet. Pretty tannic.
