Steely jasmine floral nose. Mineralic yet softly tropical in fruit. Likey! Pairs so well with crispy bacon... but what doesn’t??

Very dry and minerally.

Not sweet, not dry. Very complex and citrus forward

Light golden color. Light citrus nose. Tangerine and tarragon (!) flavors. Dry finish. Medium body and we’ll balanced.

First time cooking recommended recipes to pair with wine (orecchiette with broccoli rabe and sausage). Rainy Sunday, but slowly recovering from sickness

Best Falanghina yet! Light, crisp, a little fruity but not too grapefruity.
