Quite wide open and generously fruited with soft, oily texture and a slight tang of volatility.

Aug 18th, 2017Wow. Just wow. As I am sure others have observed, this is a very Burgundian chard from Oregon. Specifically, it is classic Meursault with a good acidity, structured, and impeccable balance. Finish is long and creamy, more expressive after it develops in glass. Holds up to the best meursaults I have had.
