This Sonoma Chardonnay is like velvet. The muted nose offers lemon and stone fruit notes with a soft touch of vanilla. The palate is ripe and juicy, with an easy dose of oak and a nice bit of acidity. Try the usual suspects: shrimp, oily fish or scallops with some pasta.

Lemon mineral bouquet. Light straw color. Creamy smooth thick upfront citrus and a hint of minerals. Fades then a burst of a mild oaky finish. ( I know a burst and mild don’t usually go together but there is a taste change. ) bolder and crisper than most Chardonnay
