Translucent, pally yellow green. Reticent nose, just giving citrus and a hint of malic apple. Relatively simple flavors. Served with cod seared in garlic infused evil with red and green bell peppers. Held is own but probably better with a more simple food prep as suggested on the label. I was thinking back to potted prawns for a to to the UK several years ago. That rotor have been perfect pairing.

What the what do I love this because my heritage is so British I have casting directors asking me if they detect an English accent despite the fact I've spent all of 3 days in England? I dunno. But it is the best white I've had in... Well, cannot remember. Dang good.

Very bright with high acid. Not terribly complex but pleasant.

Cornwall in a bottle - saline freshness and wonderfully crisp. This is just made for (Cornish) seafood and fish. The acidity will work perfectly with crab or prawns. A real knockout.

2014. Zippy fresh white. Great with a cod and curried cauliflower dish.

Interesting. Stone fruit on the nose. Lemon on the palate with decent minerality.
