Very pale apple green colour with light pear bouquet. Dry taste of pear but not much else so somewhat one-dimensional. Fine for what it is I guess. Probably better with creamy pasta than curry.

Subtle citrus notes with beautiful hints of what I think is elderflower or some kind of blossom. Would be decent with creamy pasta!

Nice and delicate. Good with simple lemon and fish dish. Lime, stones, citrus. A little bitter, but not unpleasant. Smooth.

Jul 5th, 2021Dry and steely with good acidity well balanced by floral notes, not too much depth but light and zappy. It would cut through a creamy meal and be wonderful with seafood.
