Very pale apple green colour with light pear bouquet. Dry taste of pear but not much else so somewhat one-dimensional. Fine for what it is I guess. Probably better with creamy pasta than curry.

Subtle citrus notes with beautiful hints of what I think is elderflower or some kind of blossom. Would be decent with creamy pasta!

Nice and delicate. Good with simple lemon and fish dish. Lime, stones, citrus. A little bitter, but not unpleasant. Smooth.

Dry and steely with good acidity well balanced by floral notes, not too much depth but light and zappy. It would cut through a creamy meal and be wonderful with seafood.
