La Casilla Amontillado Palomino
Sherry you say? Let’s! Nuts, dates, caramel. A wonderfully long finish. Bright acid balancing the rich body. Maybe I’ve got the zeal of a sherry convert, but yum....Gonna be a fall project, getting serious about my sherry palate. So pls gimme your recs!

P: Very dry, w bracing acidity that buffers the impression of richness. Nuts, iodine, beeswax, big in the mouth, fairly long w a metallic, salty finish.
Yum.

Brown never had it so good. 8 years under flór and 17 oxidative. Alive and salty, apples, caramel, citrus, tobacco and tar on the nose. 20.5° and you can’t tell.Be thankful for the patience and drink slowly.
